Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we follow a strict but fair return & refund policy.
1. No Returns
Fresh flowers cannot be returned once delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Flowers are damaged, wilted, or spoiled at the time of delivery
- Order is incomplete
3. Reporting Time
Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 1-2 business days
5. No Refunds For
Customer preference or change of mind
Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability of recipient
Natural variations in flowers (color, size, bloom stage)
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (including the invoice) in a package and address it to the Following: Via Gregorio VII 379
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Email us at satnamsinghmanga443@gmail.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:
- Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 1-2 business days (Not including Sunday).
- A pickup will be done once. Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again
REFUND POLICY
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For COD/prepaid orders, once the order is placed and payment is collected and order is delivered to the customer, upon any change in decision the customer cannot refund the amount but can either take another product in exchange of the product select or take a store credit
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only and until they are shipped.
- Any cancellation done post shipping will not be accepted.
- If you refuse to accept the order, in case of prepaid orders the money will be refunded 3-7 working days after the order has reached back to the source.
- For sale orders or orders with a coupon code applied, store credit will be provided.
- Any shipping charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
